We only provide an online listing of vacation properties.
You must locate the property that interests you and use the contact information (email or phone) on that property's page and contact the owner/manager of the property.
 
To keep costs down and be able to provide our low/no cost service, we handle answering emails as follows

1. We do NOT handle rentals - These emails will NOT be answered. Use the contact information on the property of your interest.

2. Website problems: We will review these emails to determine if there is a problem with the website. These emails may or may not get a response.

3. Listing questions (people not listed already). We believe our FAQ handles these questions but if there are questions not handled, we will add them to our FAQ section. If we add the question to our FAQ section, you will be notified.

4. Listing questions (people with free listings). We believe our FAQ handles these questions but if there are questions not handled, we will add them to our FAQ section. If we add the question to our FAQ section, you will be notified, otherwise we may or may not answer these emails. So be sure to enter your property listing number and email address you use with this listing.

5. Listing questions (people with PAID listings). We believe our FAQ handles these questions but if there are questions not handled, we will add them to our FAQ section. However, we will also try to directly answer these question. So be sure to enter your property listing number and email address you use with this listing.
