You can make your listing more effective by using our optional paid plans.
Higher placement within each city's list of properties. The higher a property is on the list, the more chance a potential renter is to look at the listing. Pricing starts at
5 cents per day (approximately $18
per year). This charge is a per day charge and may be changed at anytime you like but will take affect a little after midnight (our server's time) and be in effect for the entire day. The more you are willing to pay, the higher you will be ranked. But it is your choice, you can stay mixed in with the other free listings (order changes regularly) or be ranked above the free listings.
More pictures. Currently 3 pictures are provided free and each additional picture is 5 cents a day (approximately $18 per year). Listings with additional pictures tend to get a better response because the potential renter has a better feel for what your property is like and takes a little of the risk factor out of their decision. But is is your choice. Note: Within a placement category, the more pictures you have, the higher your listing will be placed. (i.e. if 5 people pay a 10 cents placement fee, these 5 listings will be ranked within themselves by # of pictures)

The steps for signing up for our paid options are

Agree to the terms of our Disclaimer Agreement, including but not limited to the payment section.

Enter your listing # and password.

Determine how high you want to be placed in the city listings.

Determine how many additional pictures you want to be able to have in your listing. Note: After signing up, you will need to add the pictures through our automated maintenance procedures.

Pay for your additional options. Payment must be done using our automated system which uses PayPal. Optional plan features do not become effective until payment is made and will cease when your balance reaches zero (or below).
