If you don't currently have a website, you will need to set up a website because this reciprocal plan requires you to have a personal website (not a competitor of BVoML.com's site). As you are aware, we offer to link to your personal web site (most people have us link to their home page) from your BVoML.com's listing.

Here’s what you need to do.

• Place BVoML.com’s link (see below for required code) on your web page. It needs to be placed on the page BVoML.com links to. You can add it to other pages but for verification reasons, it must be on the page we link to.
• Contact us using this email link (click here) to inform us the link has been added to your web site. In the email, please put your BVoML.com listing # and indicate whether you are choosing to receive a placement credit or guaranteed inquiries (if applicable) in the email.
• We will confirm the link is there and prepare your listing for participation in our reciprocal link program on BVoML.com. Note: we will re-confirm the link on a regular basis.
• If you choose to remove the link, contact us using this email link (click here) to inform us the link has been removed from your web site. Please put your BVoML.com listing # in the email.

Details of our quaranteed inquiries option

• Our guarantee inquiry option is currently only available for rental properties located in:
  * Destin, Florida - guaranteed inquiry reciprocal plan still available
  * Naples, Florida - guaranteed inquiry reciprocal plan still available
  * New Smyrna Beach, Florida - guaranteed inquiry reciprocal plan still available
  
• We quarantee your satisfaction with the number of inquiries you receive within the first year of your participation in our guaranteed inquiry plan (we assume satisfaction if 52 or more inquiries are made).
• If you are not satisfied and we did not provide at least 52 inquiries, we will pay you $5 for every inquiry short of 52.
• If you are not satisfied and take the payment, you will not be allowed to list any properties on our site for at least 1 year following payment.
• You must request payment within 3 months after your 1 year on the guarantee inquiry plan. (i.e. between 12 months on the plan and 15 months on the plan).
• Payment will only be made through PayPal.
• Since we want all rental inquiries to be recorded in our inquiry system, while you participate in our guaranteed inquiry plan, your listing will not include your phone number or a link to other websites, which will force the initial inquiry be made through our inquiry system..
• This offer is only valid for 1 listing per website participating in the reciprocal link plan.
• Your reciprocal link must remain for the complete year.
• Your property must be able to be rented year round on a weekly and/or daily basis (i.e. not monthly rentals only) .
