Hilton Head Island Rental Description:
Our 23 acre resort is a short walk to the beach and includes: ten clay tennis courts with on-site pro, two indoor racquetball courts, two swimming pools, heated spa with sundeck, playgrounds, outdoor grills, and fishing lake -- all free to our guests. 24 hour security is provided. A convenience grocery, bike rental, driving range, and miniature golf are nearby.

Hilton Head Island is easily reached by car, plane, or boat. Less than an hour from Savannah Airport, car rentals or transportation services are available.

Hilton Head Island Rental Amenities:
Our villa has a freshly remodeled kitchen, balcony, wet bar, and beach chairs. One bedroom has a queen bed with twins in the other. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. Villa is complete with cableTV,VCR,Radio/tape stereo, washer, dryer, microwave, and coffeemaker. Sorry, NO pets and NO smoking.

Hilton Head Island Rental Activities (on site or nearby):
Hilton Head Island has 12 miles of beautiful sandy beaches, 8 marinas, more than twenty golf courses, and over 50 miles of bicycle paths. There are two stables with diverse areas for horseback riding, including forest preserve and waterfront. For those not so athletically inclined we have over 200 restaurants, eight art galleries, two movie complexes and enough shops and outlets to satisfy any shopaholic.

Prices include all taxes and cleaning!
1) All weekly reservations are from Saturday to Saturday.
2) Confirm your desired vacation week(s) with us by email or by telephone.
We will then place a hold in the vacation period for seven days to allow for delivery of the deposit. After seven days we will reopen the period.
3) A deposit of 50% payable to Irene Shanks along with the number in your group and the names of each guest is required. When you book the relevent bank details will be e-mailed to you. A confirmation letter or email will be sent to you as soon as the deposit is received. A vehicle pass will be issued on your arrival.
5) Full payment is due 14 days prior to the start of your vacation.
6) Upon arrival at the resort, Fiddler’s Cove @ 45 Folly Field Road, the
guard will direct you the office (just inside the gate) where you will be
given your keys and welcome package
