Spectacular bi-level condo with over 1500 square feet on the ocean in the incomparable Amelia Island Plantation. The building has its own large pool with protected sundeck and BBQ area, all overlooking the ocean. We are also just a few minutes from the resort's beach club. The upstairs is being completely renovated Nov, 2003 with new Italian tile throughout, new kitchen cabinets and granite countertop as well as beautiful new furniture in the dining and living rooms.
It is spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, balcony, and living room upstairs. Downstairs are the two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The master has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. In the living room is a sleep sofa that opens to a full size bed. The unit has a washer/dryer. There are 3 TVs, a VCR, and numerous board games in the unit. Non smokers only please.
