Our Vacation Villa offers all the amenities of a home away from home to ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible. With four bedrooms and three and a half baths families and children of all ages are sure to experience comfort. The spacious and comfortable living room has a pull out sofa bed and incorporates the formal dining area, with views of the protected wetlands. Cable TV with your choice of VCR or DVD viewing combined with surround sound to provide high-quality entertainment for the whole family.

Just off the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen, consisting of a large refrigerator, freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, stove, garbage disposal, etc. There is a breakfast bar area with additional seating. All utensils, dishes, and cooking supplies are provided. A supply of paper plates and plastic cups are on hand for your own convenience. A large capacity washer and dryer are also provided for your use.

There are four bedrooms, including two spacious master en-suites. One master bedroom resides on the first floor with a queen size bed, while the second master bedroom is on the second floor with a queen size bed. Both bedrooms offer cable TV with VCR or DVD viewing and telephones with free local calling.

The other two bedrooms reside upstairs and share another full bathroom providing four twin beds with cable TV in both rooms.

The Villa offers generous closet space with room for everyone and everything. All freshly cleaned bed linen and towels provided. Disney themes are placed throughout the villa for the young at heart. Other thoughtful touches to help make your stay a memorable and worry free vacation to remember:

HIGH SEASON; Jun, Jul, Aug, $125/nt-$850/wk.
HOLIDAY; Easter, Thanksgiving, Xmas, New Years, $150/nt-$1000/wk.
Deposit to hold reservation $250.00.
Balance Due 45 days prior to arrival.
Security Deposit required of $250.00.
Minimum stay 3 nights.
Cleaning Fee: $75.00.
Cleaning fee waived if stay is more than one week.
Check out time is 10am / Check in time is 4pm
Up to 45 days prior to arrival any money paid is refundable.
Within 45 days of arrival deposit is non refundable all other money refundable.
In the event that cancellation occurs less than 45 days of arrival date, your deposit will be refunded only if we can rebook your reservation dates with another guest.
If guests are paying with credit card there is no security deposit collected; there is a hold of $250.00 until you leave.
In the event there is any damage you will be notified of a charge against the security deposit.
If guests are paying with cash there will be a $250.00 security deposit due at time of balance due.
When sending a check, security deposit and balance due are taken at the same time.
