Welcome to A Place at the Beach - Condo 2C. This second floor condo is rated as a top quality unit. It's a two bedroom, 1.5 bath that sleeps six people comfortably. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the living room. There are TV's with VCR's in the living room and both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and all appliances. Unit has great view of ocean. Recently upgraded, this is truly a fantastic choice for your vacation
Condo is right next door to the Sands Ocean Club Resort and the popular beach entertainment attraction, Ocean Annie's, this condo is in the ocean front building called "A Place At The Beach I." Bordered by the Atlantic Ocean, a salt water tidal inlet with a beautiful walkway along the water's edge for a tranquil stroll, and the Lake Arrowhead Road entrance off Business 17 (North Kings Highway), Shore Drive is tucked away from mainstream traffic. The salt water tidal inlet is an ideal place for fishing andor crabbing
The Hibben Memorial Walkway also offers a nicely laid out trail that leads to a deck overlooking the beach where walkers can sit and view the ocean. Apache Pier, the east coast's longest pier, is one block away and can be viewed well from the beach. Shore Drive quietly ends at the point of a peninsula.

The new Tanger Outlet Center, Super Wal-Mart, Veterans Highway Bypass (Route 22), and championship golf courses can all be reached by a short drive along a peaceful scenic back street.
