New (Oct 2004) designer furnished 2 BR, 2 BA plus den condo in Cypress Woods Golf and Country Club. Terrific location just 25 minutes from SW FL airport and 1 mile to Interstate 75. A 10 minute drive to Vanderbilt Beach.
Condo offers something for everyone. For golfers there is a Gordon Lewis designed golf course. Over 100 acres of lakes, marshes, and preserves. There is a 13,000sq/ft clubhouse with formal and casual dining, rooms for socializing, a pro shop with resident pro, fitness center, spa, several pools, bike and hiking trails and tennis courts.
Great care has been taken to furnish this unit with luxury and comfort in mind. Master BR with attached BA, features bay by window overlooking lake. Second BR features queen sized bed. Den features upscale leather sleeper sofa, and beautiful armoire with handpainted golfers. Den has french doors for privacy. Breakfast room, kitchen, and diningroom (seats 6). Balcony off living room overlooks tranquil lake.
Golf as often as you like. Only charge is a one time golf transfer fee of $150.
This unit was furnished as I would want unit to be if I were staying there. No cost has been spared in the furnishings creating a comfortable and luxurious retreat.

Great Naples location. Shopping and restaurants just minutes away. Beach is 10 minutes away. Don't feel like cooking, just go over to the clubhouse. Sunday brunch in clubhouse well known to Neapolitans.
