Our condo is located in Dana Point, home of the Ocean Institute, the Festival of the Whales, and the Tall Ships Festival and one of SoCal's best kept secrets. Dana Point Harbor offers whale-watching, sportfishing and cruises to Catalina Island, not to mention jet ski and other water sport rentals.
We're located near many Southern California cities including Laguna Beach, with its fine art galleries and eateries and home to the Pageant of the Masters, Sawdust Festival and the Festival of the Arts. Hollywood and San Diego are located equal distance to the North and South and there are several amusement parks nearby including Disneyland, California Adventure and Legoland. There's something for everyone!

We take Visa/MasterCard (2.6% convenience fee is added).
$500 deposit due at the time reservation is made. Deposit will be returned within 14 days of departure, less $175-250 cleaning fee (depending on size of group).
Rental fee is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations received 30 days or less from the arrival date shall be subject to a $500 cancellation fee and 50% of the rental fee.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Additional charge for more than 5 people.
Additional charge for pets.
No Smoking.
