Our richly appointed vacation Townhouse will give you luxurious living and a vacation experience that will exceed your expectations, all at the cost of a hotel room. Our guests enjoy the use of the resorts facilities such as the two community heated pools, spa, fitness center, sauna, volleyball court, and a new tennis court. A short walk along the beautifully landscaped grounds to the clubhouse where you can check your e-mail at the Cyber Café, or play video games with the children in the Arcade, have a cold drink or a snack from the Tiki Bar and relax by the pool. The staff at the Concierge Desk will be happy to help you with any of your vacation needs, like information and directions to restaurants and golf courses, discount coupons and park tickets, as well as transportation, all within a secure gated community.
Our spacious home has four bedrooms two of them with full baths and queen size beds, the other two bedrooms have a full size bed and two twin beds and a queen size sofa bed to accommodate up to ten people. A fully equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, full size refrigerator) all dishes and cooking utensils are included. There is a laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer so you don't have to worry about packing enough clothes for your vacation, all bed linens and towels included. For your entertainment, cable TV with numerous channels including seven HBO, DVD and VCR or you can sit on the balcony in the evening and watch the fireworks from the Disney Parks. Our home in beautiful Emerald Island Resort is the perfect place for you and your family to enjoy a memorable and worry free vacation.

A booking deposit of $200.00 US is required at the time booking to confirm your rental reservations. This amount is credited towards the final balance.
All reservations are subject to 13% state and local tax, For stays less than 7 nights a cleaning fee will apply at the rate of $80
Full vacation rental payment must be received 30 days prior to check in.
Cancellations:
Fourteen (14) days or less from scheduled arrival date will result in full forfeiture of rent and deposit * Fifteen (15) to Thirty (30) days notice will result in a cancellation of $150.00 US * Thirty-one (31) to Sixty (60) days notice will result in cancellation fee of $100.00 US * Sixty-one (61) days notice or more will result in cancellation fee of $50.00.
