This fantastic new 5-Star resort style Gated Community, is one of the most sought after vacation rental villa communities in the Walt Disney World / Orlando area! This luxury resort is only 3 short miles from the main gates of Disney World, 20 minute drive to Universal Studios, and a 5 minute walk to Mystic Dunes Golf Course.

Our Luxury Vacation Condo sleeps 6-8, with a King bed, Queen bed, 2 Twin beds, and a Sleeper sofa bed. The twin bedroom is Disney/Mickey Mouse themed... kids especially love it! Their very own Mickey Mouse TV too!

Our condo is the largest model at 1400+ square feet. It is also located on the ground floor facing the interior grounds (not the parking lot) and is very close to the community pool/spa/toddler pool and recreation area. This is a Non-Smoking & No Pet Home!

Our condo truly is "deluxe" with many extras. There is a 32" cable TV in the living area plus cable TV in EACH of the bedrooms. We also have Nintendo 64 + games, DVD and VHS players, VHS movies in the condo& board games. We also provide free of charge: high chair, port-a-crib, & stroller.

This resort has unrivaled facilities that are "freely" available to all guests, including a stunning swimming pool area and large community center. Guests have use of a large heated swimming pool, separate toddlers' pool and a whirlpool spa. Ample sun loungers and a large deck area with shaded tables and chairs make it a perfect spot for a day of sunbathing! The 7500 square-foot clubhouse contains a convenience store/sundry shop, comfortable lounge area, fully equipped fitness area, arcade/game room, and a 58-seat "free" cinema. Other resort amenities include a pool/billiards room, air hockey table, ping pong, a children's play area, two tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, a half-court basketball area, 24-hour manned gated entrance, and a barbecue/picnic area poolside. A shuttle service to area attractions is available for a small fee.
