$200-$275 per night with a 3 night minimum. Please inquire about long term rates.
Check-in time is 3PM. Check-out time is 12 noon. Balance due on rental unit must be paid in full 15 days prior to arrival. Subleasing prohibited. Tenant assuming full liability must be 25 years of age or older and be present at check-in.
A security deposit of $500 is due at time of booking. No
reservations will be confirmed until security deposit is received. Security deposit will convert to a damage deposit at check-in.
There is a $50 cancellation fee for all cancellations made after 72 hours of making the reservation. Cancellations less than 10 days before arrival date will forfeit half of the deposit, cancellations less than 5 days before arrival will forfeit full deposit. Deposit is refundable at checkout(less a $100 cleaning fee) if unit is left undamaged.
