Both patios are fenced in courtyards with beautiful desert landscaping. You will truly enjoy the sunsets, rainbows and sunrises. This is a gated 55 community (one tenant must be at least 55 years of age) with multiple amenities. The home is directly across from the community pool and spa and 1 block to the Torres Blanca golf club, driving range and putting green.
