Units in a 4 unit building will be for rent on a weeklyor daily basis begining in May of 2009-August 2009. All units include 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. 2 upper units feature great views of skyline and some beach and ocean view as well as fireworks from Sea World. Lower units each have outdoor patio area, the larger of which is 700 square feet.

Ocean Beach Rental Amenities:
1 Block to Beach, 4 Blocks to Newport Avenue and ocean Beach bar Scene. Each unit includes, 2 Queen Size beds, full kitchen ammenities, coffee maker, microwave, toaster etc. Each include flat screen television with the option to lease, WII, XBOX, games. Each rental includes BBQ, and 2 bikes (more upon request) Too much to describe
