Our two bedroom, two bath condo is in The Lodge at Copper [the building has the best Ski-in/Ski-out at Copper]. We are in a second floor flat. The building has an elevator, and parking in the building.The master bedroom has 2 queen beds. The guest bedroom has a king-size bed. The living room alcove has a single size bed. The living room has a queen-size sofa bed and a single size loveseat-bed. The condo has a well-equipped kitchen, Large Balcony, Cable High-Speed Internet, Gas Fireplace, 3 TVs [1 is a 32-inch], HBO, 3 VCRs, and 2 DVDs. The Building has a Hot Tub, Gas Grill, 3 Saunas, Washers and Dryers.

* Pets are NOT allowed and No Smoking is allowed in the condo.
* Check-in is not before 4:00PM and Check-out is by 10:00AM.
NO SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT.
* We accept VISA, MasterCard & Checks.
* Add 5.775% Tax and $125.00 cleaning fee
for when you leave.
* Booking, a non-refundable Deposit of $100 is required. Balance is due one month prior to arrival date.
* If Reservation is changed or canceled more than one month before arrival date $100.00 will be forfeited, or 50% of the rent if during the 30 days before the arrival date.
* 8 IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUEST ALLOWED.
* 4 nights is the minimum nights we book around holidays and July & August. Other times, 3 nights is the minimum number of nights we book, except for 2 nights to completely fill an opening in our rental schedule
