Our two-bedroom, three-bath condominium is in the Mountain Plaza [the building has very good ski-in/ski-out, only one minute walk to the lift]. Our condo is a third floor flat, facing the slopes.

Both bedrooms have two queen-size beds. The living room has a queen-size sofa bed. The condominium has a remodeled well-equipped kitchen, all-new kitchen appliances. Private enclosed balcony, wood-burning fireplace [free wood], three TVs, HBO, three VCRs, two DVDs, Cable High-Speed Internet, and [3] private ski lockers on the ground floor. Our building has a childcare center, shops, the most popular restaurant/bar at Copper [Endos], saunas, two elevators, washers and dryers, and parking in the building. Free bus for Copper and Frisco.

NO SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT.
* We accept VISA, MasterCard & Checks.
* Add 5.775% Tax and $125.00 cleaning fee
for when you leave.
* Booking, a non-refundable Deposit of $100 is required. Balance is due one month prior to arrival date.
* If Reservation is changed or canceled more than one month before arrival date $100.00 will be forfeited, or 50% of the rent if during the 30 days before the arrival date.
* 8 IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUEST ALLOWED.
* 4 nights is the minimum nights we book around holidays.
3 nights is the minimum number of nights we book otherwise,
except for 2 nights to completely fill an opening in our rental schedule.
