Located in beautiful Marin County, right over the San Francisco Bay & Golden Gate Bridge, sits the Marin Vacation Home - a short 15 minute drive from the city of San Francisco.

Upon arriving to the Home, be taken in by the private grounds, large lawns, generous patio seating and natural setting.

Walk into the home & be greeted by large open views, high beamed ceilings and a open, natural feel.

Enjoy fantastic main living areas, which include the gourmet kitchen, Formal Dining Area, and Great Room, all with wide open views and plenty of seating to enjoy it with.

The Great Room features plenty of seating, open views, and a moss green granite fireplace, ready for use. The adjoining “Formal Area” seats up to 14 comfortably.

Next, the adjoining kitchen area, is fully “Gourmet”. Not only is this kitchen spacious, featuring a center island, office nook, and eating area with full on views, but comes with the necessary amenities that is required to be “gourmet” starting with a large 48”, built-in, Monogram refrigerator that easily accommodates large amounts of grocery. Next, the “Gas Range” has grill and wok attachment; so that you your friends may show off their culinary skills. Lastly, the kitchen features a 28 bottle Wine Fridge so that all your wine country finds can be stored safely.

So, Sit back and relax, converse with friends and family, sip some wine and take in the Panoramic Views of Terra Linda, Lucas Valley, Napa Valley Mountains, end of the bay, and even the famous Frank Lloyd Wright building, the Marin Civic Center, from this very spacious and warm home.

You enter the house on the main level which is the middle of three levels.

Main level: Front entrance, Gourmet Kitchen, Great Room, Formal dining, large deck, full updated bathroom, 2 bedrooms with Queen beds.

Upper level: 1 Master Bedroom with private deck, walk in closet, master bathroom. Also, Seperate family "loft" area that opens to main areas below of main level.

Lower level: 3 bedrooms total- 2 bedrooms with queen size bed, 1 with 2 full size beds. Separate laundry room, fully updated bathroom. 2 fold-a-way's provided.

Winter Season 2011/12: 2 night minimum. (Sept - May, except holidays)

**$2,550 for 3 nights for (850/nt)
**$3,000 for 4 nights for (750/nt)
**$675/night 5+nights.
**$8,750. 2+ week booking special ($650 /night)

Summer Season 2011/12: Peak: (June, July, August)

Additional Fee Info:

* $800 Refundable Security Deposit + $375 cleaning fee (one time).

* Holding deposit for Reservation during Peak & Holiday bookings is 1/2 of the total rental nights reserved--

* Additional visits (after booking) to the home for extra
viewing can be arranged with an additional $50 fee, per hour visit.
Early drop off of goods is not available due to liability.

* Early/Late Check-out: can be arranged with an additional
$50 fee extra/per hr- 3hrs max, but cannot be quaranteed until one week prior to check-in due
to possible other booking on same day.
