The Beach Cottage Condo complex is located in Indian Shores, FL, directly on the Gulf of Mexico and halfway between Clearwater Beach (North) and St. Pete Beach (South), with easy access via the connecting bridge to the mainland (Seminole, FL), that is just 3/10 of a mile north of the condos. GREAT resturants, grocery stores, malls, gas stations, theatres, drugstores and even produce stands are well within a 5 mile radius of the condos. Very easy to get from/to the Clearwater/St. Pete airport or even to Tampa Intl. Airport via I-75. -----------------------------------
The condo is upscale with 2br/2ba and 1400 sq. ft. of living area. Enjoy the fabulous sunsets from a comfortable well furnished balcony. The pool (heated) area includes a hot tub as well as gas grills, umbrella tables, lounge chairs, etc. Or, go right on out to the BEAUTIFUL beach area and walk in either direction until you drop from exhaustion. Inside the units we have a king sized bed in the master suite with a walk-in closet, dressing area and double sinks. The master bath has a single jacuzzi jet tub. The second bedroom has twin beds and, of course, is located directly next to the second bathroom offering a combination tub/shower. The living room has a glorious view of the beach (Gulf) and a pool view, as well. A beautiful fireplace, with an electric log, adds a nice touch to this large room. The 21 foot eat-in kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and a full sized washer/dryer for added convenience. -------------------------------------Add all of these features together and you come up with one "SPECIAL" vacation site! that will be remembered for years and years. Many of our guests return year after yesr and each of them tell us how happy they are with the cleanliness & decorating that we have done in the units. The building has just completed a 7 million dollar exterior renovation that included, among other things, new walkway surfaces, new windows and doors, even new pavers around the pool deck which by the way is about the size of six tennis courts. Indian Shores Rental Amenities:
Jacuzzi tub in master bath and hot tub in courtyard with hot tub. Beautiful fireplace. Two sliding doors out to a Gulf balcony from which you will certainly enjoy the view. Very CLEAN and you will be dealing directly with the owners.
Indian Shores Rental Activities (on site or nearby):
Heated pool with hot tub. Lounge chairs, gas grills (4) and plenty of umbrella tables. Open beach in either direction with GREAT white sand.
