Indian Rocks Beach is a great family beach with lots of great restaurants and family-oriented activities available nearby for adults and children of all ages. Our condo is a beachfront condo and you have a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico from the windows, the sliding glass doors, and the private balcony for our unit. The condo has 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, and 2 Twins), 2 full bathrooms, a Sleeper Sofa (Queen) in the living/family room, all new appliances, and all new furniture. The condo has a private balcony with the convenience and safety of private spiral stairs leading directly to a heated pool, jacuzzi/spa, sundeck with lounge chairs and tables, tennis court, and gas grills that are all within a distance of 75 feet. It is just 100 feet to the private, white sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico (where the water is almost always delightfully warm!). Absolutely first class - I know because I have stayed here with my wife and five children!

The rent varies from $845.78 to $2,000.00 per week depending on the week or weeks selected. The rent includes a premium for the convenience and safety of private balcony spiral stairs leading directly to the heated pool, jacuzzi/spa, private beach, tennis court, and barbecue gas grills. Rent does not include a separate $110 cleaning/departure fee and the 12% Florida sales/resort tax. Rentals are generally Saturday to Saturday. No smoking, no pets. Adults, families and children of all ages welcome. Credit cards welcome. Extended stays of 2 weeks or more welcome.
