No Cross traffic, this is the newest area on the island, off street secured garage parking. Underground utilities, storage area for your beach and pool items, or save the efforts and use our beach Chairs/umbrellas/toys.

New Childrens Playground for little ones 1 block from our place.

At the beach you have a panaromic view of the Southern end of the Crest overlooking the last protected area on the island..

Building is a show place of the Crest and the homeowners strive to keep it that way. New POOL makes your stay very relaxing.
